Which bitrate should I choose?
192 kbps is a useful starting point. 128 kbps creates smaller files for speech; 320 kbps preserves more detail when the source has it. A higher bitrate cannot improve a low-quality recording.
Will every MP4 work?
MP4 is a container, not an audio codec. Common AAC audio is supported, but encrypted files or unusual codecs may not work. ToAudio checks the actual track before conversion.
Can I convert only part of my video?
Yes. Open “Trim & fade”, select a range on the waveform or enter start and end times, then export that selection.
