Technical generation failures
If a generation task fails technically, its 50 credits are returned automatically once. Check your credit history. An uncertain provider submission is investigated without a duplicate request; if it cannot be confirmed within 24 hours, the task fails and credits are returned.
A different creative result
A completed song may differ from your preferences or pronounce a name differently. Editing your lyrics or style and generating again costs another 50 credits. If the result appears technically broken, contact support with the song ID so we can review it.
Credit purchase refunds
Contact support with your order ID to request a purchase refund. We review unused-credit requests and billing mistakes individually; applicable mandatory refund rights still apply. Approved refunds are processed by Creem. We reverse the corresponding credits, including proportional reversals for partial refunds. A balance can become negative if refunded credits were already spent.
Disputes and delayed confirmations
If payment confirmation is delayed, wait on Orders or contact support before purchasing again. A verified payment webhook alone adds credits. A dispute reverses the related credits and pauses generation pending review. Refund arrival times depend on your payment method and Creem.
