Using ToAudio
Use ToAudio only for content you have permission to process. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate a person, or request copyrighted lyrics you do not have permission to use. The song generator offers multiple language prompts and three styles; singing quality varies by language.
Credits and charges
A one-time purchase adds 150 credits for $1.99 USD or 1000 credits for $9.99 USD after verified payment. Each AI lyrics request costs 1 credit and each new song costs 50 credits. Writing and editing lyrics is free. There are no subscriptions or automatic recharges, and purchased credits do not expire. Successful songs can be replayed and downloaded without another charge. Regenerating is a new paid task.
AI results and failures
AI music and pronunciation can vary. We do not guarantee a particular voice, pronunciation, duration or musical result. Technical failures return the 50 credits automatically. Repeated requests for the same task do not create extra charges. If a provider submission is uncertain, we check the original task rather than blindly submit another.
Retention and sharing
Download completed audio within 30 days. After that, the audio expires. Sharing links expire 24 hours after enabling, or sooner if the audio expires. You control whether a song is shared. Anyone with an enabled sharing link can listen and download; you are responsible for permission to share the included content.
Payments and support
Creem processes payments. A payment dispute may pause generation while we review the order. Refunds reverse the related credits and may leave a negative balance if they were already used. See the refund policy and contact support with your order ID for help. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Availability
We may pause purchases or generation for maintenance, provider failures, quality checks or budget limits. Existing downloadable songs remain available until expiry. Test purchases are clearly labelled and do not charge real payment funds.
